I’m real sick of people saying how how difficult it is maintain a healthy diet and exercise, and complain about how they are not losing weight. You are not losing weight because you are not eating healthy or you are not active enough.

If you are constantly sitting and not moving all day your body is not going to burn calories. Cardio will make you lose weight. Just go for walks, ride your bike instead of driving, or play a sport. Limiting your consumption of junk food is not hard either. Just cutting out sugar and carbs from your diet and consuming more low calorie foods will also make you lose weight. This is especially true if your diet consists entirely of fast food.
 

All those research studies are False, im living proof of that, I used to be a weight way too high for my height.
Or people nowadays are just weak as hell mentally

I don't wanna sound bluepilled with "mug genes" but it's true in some cases. My entire family is fat asf.

I lost 40 LBS last summer but it was a bitch. My metabolism was fucked up and I put on weight quicker than your average person. I had fucked up fat genes because both of my parents were morbidly obese. It's not an excuse to stay fat, but it is the reason why some fat people give up, it's very discouraging to see everyone else loose weight while you're struggling to lose a single pound. They get depressed and start binge eating to cope and the cycle continues.

Agreed. Using redpill rhetoic like "Just lift bro" is shitty advice.

If you genuinely care about the person it's best to come to them with advice and guides rather than gaslight them and act like a pretentious redpill douche. Give them tips on diets, work out routines, maybe even escort them to the gym for the first few weeks. If they still decide to be lazy than that's on them.

If someone approached me calling me a fat ass, a loser, and a faggot, I wouldn't take their guidance seriously and tell them to fuck off.
