i dont know much about CBD but it shouldnt harm you if you take them together. should work well
ashwagandha helped alot with my stress, and i think this is placebo but it dulled my emotions alot. could be due to other disorders though

no point, you will get hooked because your brain thinks that its the perfect remedy. while you will have hormones trying to dim down that "buzz" and in the end you will addicted for more because hormones are desensitizing receptors
