I will make a very indepth thread on it when I get it done, It would ascend me pretty hard. After the yeux clairs post it will be my last looksmax post EVER. Im not sure if i want to continue with surgeries tho, However if i get rhino and genio i could legit hit 6 psl or over.

How big of a leap would that give me psl wise? Plus after I get genio my nose will look off since it will not be projected enough relative to chin so id need rhino after i have a really fem nose with weak projection since african
