He seems blackpilled and confident he proposed high cut lf1 for midface recession i didn't even mention it but i refused in the end since i would still need implants for higher midface so opted for normal bimax+midface implants , idc atp to have worshipped surgeons on this forums for 2-3x normal prices and prob have same botch rate/underwhelming results , i would only consider giants design for the extra price since i can blindly trust his blackpilled vision but he's unreachable, about an oldcel surgeon fuck no

There are no solid options for blackpilled implants design atm other than giants but even then you can still get botched so choose your poison

I mean many surgeons does submalar implants or just have other aesthetics in mind? But you can ofc change how he designs it if it's customized
