Imo you dont need any surgery, your features look good to me. But wtf is that grooming holy shit. Before jaw surgery, you didn't consider going to a barber? Cutting those hairs sticking out of your neck takes 5 minutes.

I would try experimenting with jaw fillers then maybe implants in the future. But be careful who you get them done by. Other than your jaw angles (which aren't even that bad of a failo look at 90% of male models jfl) you got decent harmony so in terms of surgery you don't need any for features. I'd say your biggest flaw is your phenotype though as there's definitely an ethnic tax, but you can probably larp as Latino, Greek, or Italian.
