Start jumping alot and do what the Maasai people do with their jumping. That doesn’t work be happy you tried. Also for me from 17-19 I grew 2cm so you can still grow naturally. And from 16-17 3cm. 175->178->180cm

I live in the GTA and i'm 6'1 and i RARELY see people taller than me, maybe like 1-3 people at most,

in a super crowded mall at peak hours full of zoomers i only counted like 8-10 people who were my height or an inch shorter, and only 2 ppl taller than me.

In the subway around the time highschoolers and college students get out of school in bloor station (Toronto). There are a lot of guys who are 6ft+ and way more than youd think. Im even surprised lmao
