Guys I will do soon a X-ray to see if my plate are still open I’m 1m76-1m75 and I’m 18,5 years old , I want to grow to 180cm but I don’t know if my grow plate are closed .

PLS PRAY FOR ME , if my grow plate are close I don’t even know how I can live more time in this fucking rotted society , bruh should I try bone smashing and hard maxing ??

i have never seen people who are still growing at 18 yo or after it. its simple biology and other. ur bones mostly growing at 12-13, then slows at 14-16. For late puberty it is 16-17. But 18yo person is basically an adult whose bones are fused
