Learn to fight most of your opponents will be I. The 5’9-6foot range as that’s the avg male height you’ll have to become strong enough to defend against men a lot taller and heavier/stronger than you like @FailedNormieManlet until then stop trying to fight you’ll lose every time
There are levels to this shit too. My younger brother joined my judo club, he is about 5'8 and 25kg heavier than me, he was being ragdolled and choked by me constantly. He told me he felt confused and didn't know wtf was going on and it felt like every step he took he was just going to get thrown - to the point where he sort of stood still in fear he will be thrown.
Learn to grapple how to use your height and attributes tbh. I'm smaller and agile than most people so I can do crazy shit like jump over people and escape because I can fit my arms into tiny spaces and create more space jfl.
