Don't care about the dangers. In 4-5 years I'll start obsessively hunting for this surgery and risk it all. I've heard that giant implants is already performing them and I hope they really streamline their methods and even popularize it to multiple surgeons by the time I come around.

I dont technically have any medical deformities, but my facial growth was clearly stunted and I look like a freak. Only through a LF3 and implants could I even hope to one day be even a LTN or MTN. You might think it's not worth it, why even bother, and to top it off I'd be almost 30 anyways. But to me, it would be everything.

Also I heard that clavicular was going to get LF2 with giant but pussied out and is getting a trimax or something. What a shame, if they had got it done publicly and it went well, it would accelerate the development of this industry by like 1000%, other surgeons would be hopping on board for the money as well.

to be honest, when ur as recessed as me, health risks of lf3 probably turn into health benefits. blindness risk? my eyes will probably become superhuman once there is even a little bit of bone underneath them

Severely recessed upper maxilla. I was severely asthmatic as a kid. Countless stints at the hospital, mouthbreathing for over 10 years. On top of that, severe allergies making my breathing shit and malforming my face. The average asian has a "flat" face/maxilla, but I have both a flat and severely recessed maxilla, to the extent that I do not see any point in just getting implants.

You're wrong
Someone here already got it? I remember seeing applicants tagging giant but even someone as ruthless as him tried to stray them away from it

When your upper maxilla is as recessed as mine, there is no actual space for trimax. You're thinking of the average LTN or something, that is not me.

I disagree. Might have been true before giant came along but definitely not now. And I would bet that giant won't even be the only one offering LF3 in a few years. And its not like im recommending LF3 to normally grown people, definitely not, but I really do need it. When I say that my goal is to become a 4-5/10... it tells you something, doesn't it?

Take a dig in here, this guy was considered a borderline candidate by giant you can try and compare yourself to him

I am significantly more recessed than him. If that first pic is his post-bimax pic, then I would be happy with that and not pursue LF3; I agree with Giant that implants and rhino make more sense.
But yeah if youre white/caucasian usually it isn't nearly as brutal so

interesting bro, something looks quite off about it though probably just the sunken nose, plus the eyes still having that odd downward angle with negative undereye support. I do think LF3 would be a much more natural look (provided i survive and dont get botched), and once you fix your base bone structure, it makes any implants added ontop of it look even better.

im probably going to hold out a couple years before any implants, still. there are some sports i enjoy that implants would not agree with, when im done ill weigh my options. ty though

The issue is that I couldn’t morph the nose properly because of how close the eyes are to the base of the nose, since the photo is a 2d image anytime I tried to morph the nose the eyes would come forward as well, irl that wouldnt happend post surgery
