After my first consultation with a surgeon that told me that i just need bsso, i found out from the second one that it‘s utter bullshit and i need bimax
With that i can get much more Mandibular advancement than with solo bsso.
He took all my worries about possible complications and i just know he‘s the best one to go with since all his results are just mindblowing and he‘s knowledgeable af.
This will get rid of my dorsal hump too so it‘s literally everything i could possibly ask for.
