Im a big subscriber to the idea that your relationship can be 2 of 3: cheap, easy, and good (good as in loving in a way I suppose but not exactly). I could add a fouth dimension to include short term, but long term its those 3. It seems like you might have something easy and good, which is a fair choice. A woman who loves luxury isnt one to create arguments with you or mess you around (unless you didnt vet her properly and she is a gold digger, but you are smarter than that). I tend to like cheap and good, I dont mind having to put a lot of effort into her since im otherwise pretty ascetic. I think you have made a good choice for yourself here based on what I read about your life philosophy.
