I'm 5'11 at 17, my older brother is 22 and 6'1
His entre life was terrible. He sleeps poorly and have a disgusting diet based on sugars, completely diferent than me. I'm athletic and i have a balanced diet

I will grow more? Or i will be stuck on this height? There are things i can do to grow more?

(My dad is 6ft and my mom is 5'4)

My dad doesn't remember, and for my brother it was at 16
I didn't had a growth spurt yet at all

Im 14 and 5’9
My dad is 6’3 and he said he was 5’9 at 14 but grew 6 inches during 15-16
So if you can prove this claim pls lmk
