I was looking at some pictures of me at age 16, I looked like around 20 yo back then, until some days ago I felt that my face had never changed but then I looked at some pictures of 16 yo me and there was a noticeable difference in bone structure when compared to 21-22 yo photos of me, also jfl at 180cm, that's not even average, I'd recommend you try to do everything to heightmaxx in the following years and after you are done growing do LL (Imagine you grow 10 cm and then do 10 cm LL, you'd be 190cm / 6'3) and start doing surgeries once you are in your early 20's and your face has developed more.

Since when? Most kids here are 16-17, which your growth plates are more likely closed at that age. HGH is best used when you're around 12-14 during your puberty, not the end of your puberty.

I knew a few kids in high school who were late bloomers, and took HGH and went from manlets to tallfags.
