thats the same thing as overbite
i might be wrong but wouldnt bringing the lower teeth forward be good because it aligns the bite better? why do you need it extracted?

Implant is better than nothing.

But if a tooth is rotten its definitelt better to get that out. It will just cause more problems keeping it
