Porn is the worst type of addiction imo. Was really hard almost impossible for me to quit.

yeah, its hard to quit because:
its too easy to get
and its not really that bad for you
so you always go back to it, kinda like how nicotine is hard to quit
opioids are hard to quit because you basically feel like you die when you try sobering up
but nicotine and porn are hard to quit because they are EVERYWHERE and its so easy to fall back again
