I dont need to do anything anymore, but increase iq to be better able to Deal with Life in Case Problems come or to falsify what IS now. IQ, Not singu or hate, never Bet on others, can backfire etc

Do you think ashwagandha does anything for cognitive enhancement? I started taking 1 tsp a day and I've noticed a reduction in stress hormone and improved sleep. I also take it for increased testosterone.
 
When i say IQ i also mean knowledge, wisdom, experience etc
