Besides the fact that it takes willpower, i think your brain would prevent you from doing it. Like your jaw has enough force to crush your teeth but your brain won’t let that happen, even if you try your hardest. Surveival mechanism, the brain denies everything that is a major threat. That’s the whole reason we feel pain, to alarm us.
