What country are you in?

If you’re in the UK like me you can claim estrangement from your parents and get the maximum maintenance loan (>£10k/year iirc) and bursaries and the regular tuition loan is guaranteed to everyone and is basically just a tax after graduation.

If you’re somewhere else do your research on loans, scholarships and financing for it. If university isn’t an option consider an apprenticeship or get some menial work for a while to save up

From a brief glance Italian universities seem extremely cheap (like €500-€3000 per year, its £9500 in the uk) and scholarships are a thing there so look into that
Without parental support you might have to work alongside your studies if you chose to do so but you’re probably eligible for some sort of grants for accommodation if you’re estranged from your parents, do your research if thats the route you wanna go
