No sugar (minimal), a lot of meat, tons of eggs and avocado etc.
My acne is paying me a visit thanks to my diet.
My skin a few months ago was clear as hell (when I had a good diet).
I’m on test aswell, so I can’t let myself eat like shit.
Might keep my IPL treatments going after my skin will be clear, to maintain it.
I’m also moneymaxxing now, so spending a lot on expensive skincare products can be avoided with a good diet.
