High prolactin = low test and low dopamine.
I think absolutely it helps to lower prolactin if it's high.
Dopamine = everything.

I have recently got my bloods done, and a scalp biopsy.
I've been feeling depressed for years, no dopamine, and a few years ago I measured high prolactin.

It was perfectly normal when I tested recently over
I'll be trying to restore childlike joy with 9-me-bc and pramipexole instead, assuming it's a dopamine issue if not hormonal.

I feel you. I started taking P5P & Vit E to lower my prolactin just in case but so far haven't noticed any improvements. It was slightly above the reference range. Did you measure T? I had mine measured last week and it was normal but still not good for my age (468 ng/dl) and free test was in the higher range. I still feel like a 90 year old man

My test is 530ng/dl which is still very over but it's been that way for a long time.
I might throw in TRT if my other protocols don't yield the desired results.

Same but i will start taking testosterone regardless of my results. Hopefully in a month or two. I want to be around 1000-1300 ng/dl
