Yeah T definitely plays a major role but cocaine is definitely not the move lol. Hormones will make you more aggressive and confident but your personality also significantly limits it. That’s why I say you also need to build that mentality and overcome the anxiety and just go approach a girl. I honestly just stopped feeling anxiety after not caring. When you care, you feel anxiety. For some reason one day I got so stressed from thinking about it, my anxiety just disappeared.
