Story: they Said oh do you wanna Go for a Walk with 2 dogs? Me idiotically Said yes, we went and i started to feel Bad already in the Car, and i couldnt get away to my bed, it was a horrific experience. Never again.

Same why i won't Go to a swimming Pool my Ward offers, they Go their for several hours, it would be way too much and risky for me.

Basically i Always expect to feel Bad, so its better i Always stay near my room where i can Go to bed when i feel Bad.

I cannot Go to Parties, concerts, cannot do Trips and journeys etc
