i take antidoxidant supplements (msm, opc, astaxanthin) and sunscreen daily too forgot to mention

agree but i cant sleep i go to bed at lets say 11:30 i fall asleep at 1 at wake up between 4-5:30 after that i sleep till 9:00

The city environment and toxins around the air are stressful, many cities have terrible air.
