I will not even look in their direction. I will not even look at them online.
Yes of course they will be caught in my vision sometimes, but I will quickly turn my attention somewhere else, stare into empty space if needed. I am simply not going to give them any free attention anymore. And I will continue doing looksmaxing, gymmaxing as always and dress like a mogger.
Idk why but I have a big feeling that this will do wonders for my mental health and self respect.
