I will probably never experience high school romance

Since im sub 5 and focused too much on academics and shit, i'll probably never have the time to have high school romance like horimiya or oregairu. am I missing out, because these anime make it look so good and I feel like if I could have some girl who doesnt act like such a bitchy foid then i'd have the time of my life. When i'm like 40 or something will I think "oh i should have spent my high school years better"
and also my mom literally wont let me date anyone until im 18
