By change you really mean have. You hope your life will have the things in it that you believe not having are is allowing you to suffer. You should focus on change first, because the one thing you're right about is you cannot let things stay the same, though I'm willing to bet you're exactly where you need to be at this point in your life.

If you look around and things are still the same at a point where they shouldn't be you must change things. The things you want to HAVE which you're talking about when you say "change" will never come to you. No matter what happens they will never come to you.

First you gotta change the things you don't want, more than a few times most times, in order to eventually have the things you want so badly. You can always change everything by leaving. Change everything like that first without too much worry of what your life will look or feel like once you get a little dialed in and used to your new surroundings. Just pick up and go if shit's not changed. Sometimes it's better to just figure things out when you get there when you know it's now or never otherwise you'll never leave.

If you want to have more charisma to get girls and whatever, and you're not born with it enough of it for simply the girls bit, then that's gonna come with having lots of experiences that are always in the back of your mind. Lots of experiences to draw in and know they're there.

Ask yourself if things have changed to where you'd like them to be.

Ask yourself if they're actually getting there or are you just coping, and is the speed of your trajectory worth the time it will take.
