I will start bonesmashing my face. Need advice on supplements

I will try to bonesmash for some forward growth on my face.
I'm 22, but I believe bones still can grow cause of pressure
Will 100 µg K2 MK7 and 2000IU D3 a day enhance the results?

I take 30000 iu of d3 and feel like I need more sometimes. But you have to increase the amount of k2 and magnesium and vitamin A, because the d3 eats it up and can make you deficient in them. Also when megadosing d3, don't take calcium supplements because they can calcify your kidneys while taking lots of d3. Calcium carbonate can be found in milk and energy drinks, so be careful. Take 100 k2 for each 10000 iu of d3.

Take sun everyday, magnesium to abosrb the vitamin D (almonds, black chocolate), calcium ofc, and increase test and hgh.

You're not gonna get forward growth from bonesmashing but you are gonna get more bones which is good so do bonesmashing
If you're not gonna increase your testosterone and nutrient ingestion then don't even try

No, each drop is 2000 iu in the one I get. Also make sure the vitamin A you get is beta carotene, because it's not as bad for the liver.

How many times / week do you bonesmash an area?
I thought it might be great idea to bonesmash my chin everyday for 10min at night to take maximum advantage of Wolff's law

why would I become a baboon? I only hit my chin from the front to make it grow horizontal

They look good, but that vitamin A looks like a lower dose than what I take. Don't forget the magnesium. You should also take a zinc supplement.

These other supplements make me feel good while megadosing vitamin d3 too. Make sure you get 500 mg of Niacin, not niacinimide.
