i think i need to leave the internet and give my devices to my parents or say them to change the password telling them i want to break my internet addiction,becaue i have sociualo anxiety and dont leave my house an di stay all say in my room with my phone.

Social anxiety is a big failo. Put yourself in uncomfortable situations to help with it. Try to get involved in more things.
