Dont really know how this "chances your life"

I wake up at 4.30 am because I work the night/early morning shift and it doesnt really "chance" my life at all, the only difference is that my interal clock is different from everyone else

My bad bro of course the 1 and a half hours makes an insane difference

if I switch to the wagecucking at the night shift at some point ill have to start waking up at 2.30am since my shift would start at 3.30

Not optimal. Just do 5am or 6am. No phone when you wake up. Coffee, then straight to deep work.

By 6 am I'm having my lunch.

Every day I wake up at 4, perform my chants, followed by meditation until 6

4 is kind of mediocre. I recommend 3:50 or earlier. Those 10 minutes do make a difference.

How much sleep do you currently get/wish to get?
I get 7-8 hours of interrupted sleep. Don't feel great when I wake up.

I don't have a specific number I wish to get. I just want to feel good when I wake up and during the day.

I will punish myself and wake up at 2 am then.
High stress... None of this sounds healthy or natural, and you're not even doing it because of a job... Pointless.
