I did that for several months, my skin had almost angelic glow. Unfortunately it's not sustainable now I have to travel in sunny environment with uv index 9 to show up to class, I'm still diligent with uv protection with sunscreen full sleeves mask sunglasses also tret. It's good enough but probably not foolproof

need to do my blackout room setup and uv filters in vehicle here as well asap.

can't do anything about being bombarded with uv rays on campus except sunscreen.
