Horizontal bench press is gymcel cope. Only diagonal and vertical push matter

makes sure to open your legs like a fucking whore in order to maximize inertia

When I started I was on hgh, igf1-lr3 and hexarelin + a shitton of supplements for trying to grow taller so maybe that's why I didn't thought the gym was hard and started using heavy weight from the beginning

just destroy your shoulders theory....barbell bench is a really stupid exercize that rarely grows a bigger lifters chest.. dumbell bench is a much more biomechanically efficient exercise that wont destroy your shoulders over time. Ideally done on a flat bench or slight decline. Upper chest can be hit with a supinated grip cable chest press. https://www.untappedsupplement.com/blogs/news/the-ultimate-upper-chest-exercise

I'm a weak guy and yet my first ever bench max was 135lbs
