You lie down still and relax your body so much it’s not there anymore through deep breathing.

Like sleeping.

But instead of falling asleep you maintain awareness.

well I meant hypothetically, like my body does its own thing mechanically day to day while the conscious mind is detached.

Oh well I don’t think that’s possible lol.

Yes, meditation is very relaxing. When you’re done it feels like you’re waking your body up out of sleep.

Yes. But be completely still and do your best not to move.

If something itches don’t scratch it.

You can listen to a 432 hz meditation frequency on YouTube with headphones while you do this. I recommend this.

Take slow deep breaths in and out.

You’ll get to a point where your muscles are so relaxed you can’t feel your body anymore and it feels like deep sleep (paralysis).

You’ll feel light and almost like you’re floating.
