You can't create a great face with mediocre genetics or become taller they are both predetermined by genetics so if you got a good physique and not a great face or height you will look like you are "compensating for something"either way. however if you mean create value outside of your looks I agree.

I’m talking about if you’re a gymcel and for example on Instagram you probably shouldn’t only post stories/videos of yourself at the gym and in real life especially around women it shouldn’t be even close to the main topic of what you’re talking about. I never talk about the gym and is completely anonymous on social media so I completely agree with you on that, even good looking guys on social media where their main thing in life is the gym I have never seen with girls. Yes women care more about face, and to a lesser extent height. That's just a fact. Physique still matters of course, just not as much.

But men are the same. Most studies have shown that especially for longterm relationships men heavily prioritize facial attractiveness, while for short term relationships they prioritize bodily attractiveness or don't prioritize anything at all.
A female gymrat with top tier body and nice fake tits who doesn't also have a beautiful face will never be as desirable as a skinny Stacy when it comes to long term relationships/marriage.
