I wanna workout everyday but I feel like my biceps are about to be torn from all the heavy ass workouts

U could workout everyday but u have to workout like pussy and not too hard cuz of recovery

My recovery got to point of just doing pushups hurt my arms
 
I was like this at one point too, now I want to be as skinny as euginia cooney
 
can hop on peds for faster recovery but 45 minutes 5 days in the gym is more than enough as a natty

Weak as shit. Keep training harder and make sure to sleep good fucking 8-9 hours daily.
 
Stay away from weak shit like refined carbs and sugar.
15 eggs/ day along with 1kg of grass fed beef is optimal. Keep training like a maniac. No pain no fucking gain!
