I get so fearful sometimes that I can’t even speak and start uncontrollably dry heaving. My heart sprints past itself furiously rushing to the end. My head spins like a dryer and I become unsteady. But why? It makes no sense to be so fearful, especially when it gets in the way of my ability to do the things I need to do. If fear didn’t control my life, it would be heaven.
