Whereas I'm naturally stiff AF (my back) and unable to do basic steps which require fluidity
Also I feel really uncomfortable performing barbell rows so I did single arm bent over rows

I can't do deadlifts or bent over rows because when I was 15, I did squats with incorrect form at home using a bag with books thrice a week

Really bad back issue.
