I wish I could go back in time and stop myself from ever lifting

every thing in life is about genetics

it's shouldnt take u 7 years to realize that you should hop on some test to build muscles
 
natty lifting makes perfect sense if you dont have high psl face but you have good BB genetics and overall body proportions

ive gotten good results for the time given all natty. im progressing consistenly without doing any PED. just 6 days a week, 2 hours intense training each day. natty lifting is no cope if you take it seriously. i wasnt muscular before lifting, looked frail and skinny (skinny-fat without muscle), so its not like im some genetic god

i bench 315, squat 315, dl 475 i didnt MEME while natty its about muscle density not strength jfl and density comes with drugs

How can i start with test E, if my bodyfat is at 20%? Start with 150mg e5d, or 250mg e5d from the start? Scared of estrogen related side effects from a bigger aromatase rate because of high bf%...

250mg for a first cycle is good

take aromasin and you'll be fine

The gains come pretty fast in the first year, I built the body in the 3rd pic in 4 months drug free (I had quit lifting a year before and lost all my gains)
