I wish I could redo my puberty

I look back at all the harmful habits I had. I had so much potential, but I didn't know how to use it. Not that I don't have potential or haven't reached my potential now, but I wonder how it would be different if I had done everything right.

same. I starved myself during puberty to lose weight and most likely ended up stunting my growth hard af and ruining my hormones. it didnt even matter cuz I gained it back later jfl

I had a friend who had an eating disorder, and during her period of heavy food restriction, she grew about 6 inches in a year, so I think it's different for everybody. Don't worry.
