To women, blue eyes are seen as a very positive feature for procreating, hence why many women celebrate when they have a blue-eyed baby. And typically, blue eyes are seen as very welcoming and bright, and simply nice to look at in general. Meanwhile, grey eyes are never typically sought after for procreation, and they are never seen as welcoming, but rather dull.

Here is an example of grey eyes being a massive failo on someone with non-masculine features (it’s me):

If I had blue eyes, they would match my overall non-masculine bright features, but because they are grey, they make me look dull, vapid, and retarded. While grey eyes might pass on a masculine man, grey eyes are a massive failo for all average to subhuman men, while blue eyes halo legitimately every kind of being.

Blue and Grey eyes are basically the same color you abused dog, most people have mixed eye colors, like blue-green or blue-grey, just be happy you weren't born with brown eyes, still over for you though.
