If youre doing something that requires a lot of thinking as opposed to mindless bs, you might come across actual people

Trust me, this is a problem literally everywhere
When people are spending 8 hours a day everyday working amongst eachother drama is bound to happen
Most people get their sense of self externally, instead of internally like it should be
It's doubly worse if there's women in the workplace

Maybe, idk. My nephew is always talking about his minimum wage job where he is like assistant to the manager or something like that and he gets off on bullying 15 yr olds into working. Nigga is always on about we have so much work to do and they dont meet their quota

Yea he's an externally motivated person
A normal person would acknowledge that whether or not the store meets their "quota" it doesn't affect his life
Last time I checked employees don't make commission
The dynamic here is we got slaves arguing amongst eachother to work harder or master will punish us both
