Schizophrenia does not necessarily mean hearing voices in your head or having a 2nd personality.

Usually, schizo brains compute their own skewed reality based on pre-conceived notions, which usually are completely detached from observable facts. Many schizos are overly paranoid, fearful or self-centered, so they think the CIA is gang-stalking them, or that aliens will abduct them, or that every foid in the world exists only to reject them.
