Along as it doesn’t mess up harmony its not really a major flaw

It ruins harmony, my mouth is small (length wise) so the nose ruins the nose to mouth ratio.
Plus my jaw is on the narrow side and isnt sharp at all so thin nose is a must

As always, be careful with rhinos as a man.

It's a fine line between looking masculine and like a faggot with rhinos. Dumbass surgeons might overdo it and make you feminine.

You mean like maxilla and palate? No, not really.
Mostly becuase my parents are paying for the surgery, just like they did for my sister, and my upper isn't really a big failo like nose is.
I also would rather get a chin implant or sum like that in my lower jaw.
