Yeah, but there is a system to maintain caste purity in Nepal where if a Brahmin guy marries a non-Brahmin (usually Chhetri or Tibetan woman), his family is relegated to Chhetri status. Most Chhetris there are probably a result of this. The OG chhetris are called “Jharra Chhetri”
