jfl at the title but I have no other place this to send this to because I have a previous record of having a little eating disorder towards people irl and they’ll think I’m spiralling back to my old ways
I wish I never discovered how differently people treat you based on their looks like I’m telling u all of this personality matters agenda is bullshit this applies to everyone from acquaintances to friend and family (from my own experience)
Having the idea that only looks matter has ruined my perspective on life like you literally view life in a different way you realise peoples true intention when they talk to you like they only talk to u because of how u look or how skinny you are and I genuinely can’t just block this out of my mind and I wish I could
Dude when I got lean my own family and my close friends treat me better and it just ruins ur pride and confidence like the idea that ur only loved unconditionally if you look a certain way including ur own family and close friends when initially you would think they would love you unconditionally regardless
Everybody I’ve hung out with end up developing an eating disorder because they see how lean I am and it just makes me think I’m literally a walking bad example towards them even though it’s not their fault it’s literally my bad habit of undereating purposefully but regardless I shouldn’t care about what they think because they only hangout with me because of how I LOOK BREV
I genuinely hate how my mind is and I wish I could recover from it but I genuinely can’t
I don’t have an issue of eating anymore as I track my calories but I have an issue regarding my mental health the idea that nobody truly likes you for you and people only wish to interact with you if you look a certain way (this way of thinking will probably stick by me for the rest of my life)
