No prices are fixed. The exact length depends on how much lengthening your legs can take. But in general people usually settle for 7-8 cm.

8 cm is the safe range. But the safe range is considered to be up to 20% of your femur length. Most people have a femur length of ~45 cm

But you also have guys like this who were 5'10 pre surgery and so had slightly longer femur and got 10.5 cm on his femurs



Honestly the length you end up getting is not determined by the length you want. Some people are forced to stop at 6-7 cm and some can even go beyond the 8 cm. It just depends how your legs respond to the lengthening
