Just have your face cut open with all the risks and complications that it comes with, not to mention the risk of getting botched or turning out looking uncanny, for big sums of money that most people can't even afford. Do you hear yourself? How is this the 'new normal' that people are expected to do when it's one of the most extreme measures a person can take. You might not even recognize yourself after. Even if you don't care about that, consider that your friends and family might not even recognize you. These are valid question and concerns that people might have.

Unless you are performing the surgery with Dr. Pajeet in Curryland where he needs only 5 Naan breads as payment there is no reason to fear surgery. Besides that the fear of getting butchered seems irrational to me if you are doing the surgery with an experienced doctor.

Unless your family/friends are senile they will recognize you, you mostly change your facial bones and not your basic facial features. Besides that, i only have this one body and i don't wanna leave this earth as a sub5 manlet, at least not without trying.
