Its not about growing to 6'3 it's about growing to your maximum
Yes something like that he was a boneless ltn at 17 he have like htn bonemass now, he didn't do gym i think he just fixed his diet and sleep a LOT of deep sleep, until now the mf sleeps like he doesn't have a single care in the world
