I wish I was younger again so people would feel empathy for me

I've always looked pretty unattractive and kinda like a druggir since my puberty started. I'm skinny, had acne and long hair. Before people probably still had some sort of trust and empathy for me as I was still quite young. If I talked about being dissatisfied with my appearance online some people would obviously be like "aww he's too young to be feeling that way". Now in under a year I'll officially be an adult. An unattractive introverted adult male is what society despises. I don't really get any affection from my family either as my dad left years ago and my mom just doesn't really show any affection
