These are the 4 categories of men that I have identified that are allowed by society to wear a speedo in public.
Competitive swimmers/divers, and it seems like male swimmers wear trunks that look like bicycle shorts now.
Sport divers, scuba and free divers.
Gay Men.
Fat old French guys.
