I dont really know how I ended up here but I guess I like the non BS red/black pill stuff you guys are aware of because it correlates with my life experiences.

I was an incel until I was 21. Thought it was never gonna happen for me. Wasnt ugly but no jock either and high inhib which was enough to get ignored by the girls.
Didnt lose hope yet, gymcelled and got a decent education, went out and eventually got my first LTR when I was 24. (after long drought). Was nice while it lasted and gave me more hope. Had 2 more LTRs after. With the last one I was ready to settle down but she left me for her crossfit trainer just when corona hit. Nice eh. Classic monkey branching/hypergamy. So Im back to square one and my options and time are running out to find a suitable girl to wife up and have kids at my age, if its not too late even.

All these years I kinda relied on my height, decent body to get some girls attracted because of high inhib. But aging is really starting to become brutal blackpill recently with hairline receding and white hair coming in. So im trying to do anti-aging, gymcelling etc. to keep my SMV from dropping of too sharply.

But dont give up hope if you havent tried stuff. I was hopeless at times and was seriously considering roping. But Im glad I didnt back then. Although thought is coming creeping back in again because at my age.. nothing really gets better anymore. Its a constant decline in most aspects. Im just glad I was able to gain some experience when tinder was not a thing yet. I dont envy you youngsters right now. Its brutal out there. I know.

To add (37 now), my anti-aging efforts (in looks) worked well for me so far, I only did/do for 10 months now and have gained good results. When I started that at 36, I looked about early to mid 30's orso. Now after all these effeorts, people seems t guess may age on average to be around mid 20's (because they ask stuff like: what do you study?, etc.., and I recieved age guess from people the last half year between 19 -29). So there is hope, for refersal for you.

Yes, can confirm. Betabuxxing is a meme in 2020. Women dont need that anymore. They get a cat or dog for company, have girlfriends in the same position to hang out with socially and can still find somebody to fuck them in most cases using OLD. Sad truth.

So far

Hair:
- finastride low dose 0.25gr 6 months now
- minoxidill 6 months
- saw palmetto (also for zinc) 6 months now

skin quality
- retin-A/tretinoin (5x week) 10 months now
- retinol 5x week
- moisterizers (cerave, aloe vera 96%)
- vitamine C serum 5x week
- red light therapy daily (since 1 week now)
- dermaroller (wanted to do weekly, only done couple of time so far)
- sunblock 50 spf UVA +UVB daily

skin tone (and qulaity)
- beta carotene (4 months)
- astaxanthin started today

other supplements:

It's hard to have an enlightening discussion when 99% of the forum are edgy teenagers. This forum has so much potential to become a safe haven for "forbidden" topics that normies can't grasp but it's all squandered because of the juvenile userbase. Some good posters that I feel contribute to the mature and illuminating aspect of the site are @disillusioned @MaherGOAT @KingOfRome @LordNorwood @eduardkoopman @Lifewasted @oldcell @slime @WannaBeA6 and probably a few others.

I might leave for good soon just for this reason unless some oldcels join and make this place a bit more mature and alluring.

Its so weird, 40% legit mind bending conversations, 60% 4chan-esque insults. I'm pretty on and off, sometimes I go in and just see junk, other times its like 5 good thread discussions the same evening.
